Allow the user to select which header level to use

I've patched my copy of pagination module to take the less useful h6 header for pagination, leaving h3 for it's normal document structure use.
I think it would be nice to have the option of choosing which header level will be used for pagination (I know that you can use the pagination tag, but headers are more user friendly in a wysiwyg environment).
