Can I use Aggregation Module along with FeedAPI? Are there any conflicts?

Also, is there a migration script to go from Aggregation Module to FeedAPI?

If you don't use FeedAPI Aggregator module, you can use side-by-side. But i do not recommend it. Can you explain that use case where you need to use both?

Well, I don't really need to use them side by side, it's just I'm afraid to migrate from Aggregation to FeedAPI because that would mean a lot of downtime and tweaking. Any easy way to do the migration? Thx.

Unfortunately there is no upgrade path at the moment.
