Hi,

I hope you can help me please, I have just found and installed Form Block and wish to use it to place the Site Contact Form into a block and finally into a pane with Panel 2. When I go to the Contact Froms admin page there is nothing that allows me to set it as a block. I have found the setting for content type, so assume it is working at some level. Can you give me a few suggestions as to what I can do or where I need to look please. Are there any known clashes with other modules ? I also noted that when I go to the admin by module page Form Block doesn't have an entry there, is that right ?

I have Drupal 6.10 and I have had the contact form setup and working for a few days now. I am fairly new to Drupal so please keep replies fairly simple if possible. If there is any more information you would like I will be happy to provide it, I'm not sure of everything you might need. I did notice the earlier issue regarding contact forms and the attached patch, do I need that perhaps, if so how do I use the patch, can you give me instruction or point me towards some instructions.

Ok just run Devel, module reinstall and the missing blocks have appeared in the list of blocks, guess it didn't install correctly the first time. I did notice that during the reinstall all my existing catagorys were deleted, could this have been why it didn't work ?

By the way it looks great and I think it is going to do exactly what I want.
