Description

In a few days (a week or so?) I'll finally be releasing an update for cck_address to D6. This includes a rework of how validation for each country works. Each country will no longer need its own module. Each country will use just one function, added to the same file as the country's province definition function. Out of the box, I'll try to include all validation routines found in the module posted here.

Sorry it has taken so long guys!!!

Hi. I want to use the address module for India in my web site. I am using Drupal 6 and the current version is not compatible with Drupal 6. I would like to know when the new version is going to be released.
Thanks in advance.

There is another issue in the queue of cck_address which discusses this. I can't say with any certainty when it will get done, but I'm working on it actively at work. The problem is that AHAH is not working correctly for having a country selection affect a province list. This is a major technical hurdle that, to my knowledge, nobody has solved for any CCK module yet. I've still got a few ideas to work on to try and get it to work. If those don't work, then I will need to try to patch CCK itself, or, if worse comes to worse, Drupal core. Once that is done, the rest of the features are easy to implement.

So, for now, there's no timeline.

Ok Thanks. Is there any alternative that I can use in my website. I want address module for India.
