I can create and edit Autoinsert Presets but delete is not working for me.
The Status Message "Deleted autoinsert" shows up but the preset is still on the list and active.

I noticed a bug in the delete function, I've fixed it, but I haven't checked for other problems.

Thanks for the quick fix, the delete function is now working as intended.
There is just a small inconvenience on the secondary tabs menu:

On the Autoinsert delete confirmation page /admin/settings/textimage/autoinsert/delete/3
the secondary tab "Edit" points to /admin/settings/textimage/autoinsert/delete/

On the Autoinsert edit page /admin/settings/textimage/autoinsert/3
the secondary tab "Delete" points to /admin/settings/textimage/autoinsert/delete/
