Dependancy between fields solution

Hi everybody!
Just brief overview of what I want to achieve:

The main content type of my site is a profile of football player. So I want every node to have following taxonomy fields:

"Player's Name"
"Player's Position"
"Player's club"
"Club's country"
"Club's date of foundation"

I want 3 last fields to be somehow tied in order to accomplish this:

Once user select in autocomplete field "Player's club", other two fields "Club's country" and "Club's date of foundation" are filled in automatically based on data stored in DB. However if entered "Player's club" is not in the autocomplete list (new) below fields stay available for entering values by hand.
