In the page "Installing Ubercart" http://www.ubercart.org/docs/user/3313/installing_ubercart
there is a mistake in the line that says:

“These are needed for Ubercart to work”

It must be:

“These are needed for Ubercart to work (DRUPAL 5)”

Drupal 6 does not need Tables API (TAPIr), uBrowserToken & Workflow-ng.

Sorry, it is ok.
This instructions are for Ubercart 1.x
My confusion came because if you follow the link Installation instructions in http://drupal.org/project/ubercart
you arrive to the instructions for Ubercart 1.x instead for Ubercart 2.x
