Clash between AJAX_Comment and Subdomain modules

Once the Subdomain module is enabled, the AJAX Comment module (http://drupal.org/project/ajax_comments) stops working.

I got Subdomain module to work on my shared hosting for the 6.x prototype of my current site, so I was over the moon!!! WOHOO!!! Thank you very much for such a GREAT module!!!

But then AJAX_comment module stopped working. It is a _very popular_ modle that allows users to post comments immediately on page. When I disabled Subdomain module, the AJAX_Comment module started working again.

I'm suspecting that this is somethng to do with the JS clash between these two lovely modules. (I've posted a bug report there too, because I don't know which of these modules is to blame). Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
