I'm building a site, on my local the site works pretty well but after I've upload the site to my server, drupal refuses to recognize the contributed modules in sites/all/modules.
when i've moved those modules to the root folder /modules - it did appear!

Does sombody can tell please why is that happening?

make sure your modules folder is readable.

OK Ok Ok, I've understand....

If anyone ever read that post: Drupal recognize the modules with a CASE SENSITIVITY!

A folder which name sites/all/Modules

Is not like sites/all/modules !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

therefore you should use the small letters.

"Modules" will work at some servers and some not.
