Hi all,

I am wondering if there is a way to remove front page material from view for anyone except those that get authenticated. Basically I want to keep the whole site private until you log on. I tried within permissions to uncheck access content for node module, but then get a pre-logon message saying "Access denied You are not authorized to access this page. " until you logon.

Is there a way to basically block everything but the logon to people until they logon, without showing any error messages/access denied messages or anything?

hi,

you can configure the permissions for nodes and then install the module Redirect 403 to User Login. Here's the link :
http://drupal.org/project/r4032login

Whenever the guset user will come to your site and if no acess, he will the get the login form.
I hope this works.
