I'm using Webcams with Gmap. Is there a way to make the webcam images smaller in the Gmap module without hacking everything in to smithereens?

As it is now, they show up in full size (as specified when adding the camera), thus the whole map window - and then some is filled with the information box.

Also, when listing the cameras - is it possible to get "clicking on the webcam image" to link to it's node instead of the source?

You can assign any size you wish the image to appear in. It will show up in those dimensions (though the load time will not be diminished, because it's using the original image, if you get what I'm saying).
As for linking, there should be a field where you can enter whichever url you like.
