This has happened so often and at the most unexpected times that it is beginning to be really frustrating. I am using the phptemplate port of bluemarine.
The text fields for defining the primary and secondary links disappear for no reason when I click on administer>>themes. All my carefully defined links are gone and I am left with the silly 'edit primary links and 'edit secondary links' in their place. Yet, when I switch to another theme (Civicspace), the text fields and all the links are there, so this is not a theme engine issue.
Something is obviously wrong, but I am unable to identify it. Clearing the cache table hasn't helped.

PakWaan commentedThe exact same thing has been happening to me but with the box_grey theme, which would suggest to me that perhaps it's the phptemplate engine rather than the specific theme?

johnalbinClosing out all old issues since this theme has been in core for a while.
