How does Team Members function works?

I'm new to Storm, but try this:

1. In People, add the different people you want to have as eventual team members.

2. After they're all added to People, go to Team Members.

Note: Teams are apparently assembled for Organizations, and can be applied to projects, tickets or tasks for that org. When building a team, you are asked for ~two~ organization values -- the first is the organization to which the team member is applied, and the second is the organization for whom that team member belongs.

So, now go to team members. You should have already filled out Organization entries for each org you want to assign people to, and People entries that name individuals who'll comprise teams and who are attached to a base organization.

Add a team member. The first "Organization" drop-down is to establish the Organization you want to apply the team member TO. Fill out, if relevant, any particulars for Project, Task or Ticket or leave blank (I interpret the "-" as a wildcard here -- it appears to function that way).

The SECOND Organization drop-down belongs to the Person Organization, i.e. the Organization that you are pulling this potential team member from -- when you added People, these people had a base Organization associated with them; that's what this bucket is for. Set it to the name of the Organization for which this person works, and then select the person.

You've just created your first team member for the Organization listed at the top drop-down.

You can add more team members from other Orgs or create new entries where you assign this same person as a team member for other organizations.
