No product settings panel...

It looks like all the database tables are there and the required modules are on. Access is set properly.

When I am trying to "continue to product details' when adding a product (or modifying an existing image as a product) and also when I click on the settings/payments, I am returned a blank page.
I just re-installed all the db definitions separately from their individual folders, but no dice: same blank page(s).

Also, there is no setting/product menu option.

Eveything else *looks* okay.

I am operating within CivicSpace 0.8.2 which is Drupal 4.6.4.
I also have the postcard and 1i8n modules running...

any idea where I have gone wrong? Is it a post-xmas-install bug?
