Attached in this issue is a patch which brings the taxonomy_menu module into compliance with the new 4.7 forms API changes. The changes were made to the settings section.

Look's like I wasted time and made the same patch, reinventing the wheel :-)

Looks fine to me and I am wondering why nobody submitting this yet?

since this patch has been reported to work with 4.7, i created the DRUPAL-4-7 branch so a 4.7 version should be available for download soon and nobody has to put the x-th forms-api update into the patch queue. hopefully jonbob won't mind ;-)
