Add same name term to different checked items as different terms

Issue Summary

It would be quite good when adding a term to multiple items, rather than have all of those checked items be parents, have the added term be a different child term for each of those checked items with the same name.

Ex. currently If I were to add a term, say "county" to 3 checked items, "Alabama", "Alaska", "Arizona"... it would for example add "county" as term id 8 and make each of those three states a parent.

What I would like the option to have is when adding "county" to the 3 checked items, make a different child term id for each which just happen to have the same name.
