The block that shows up when I'm logged in, where you can click on the "VISA SUBSCRIBE" logo does not show up unless a user is logged in. Is there a way to have this be present even when a user is not logged in? Thanks.

I am no expert on this module but I was just looking through the readme amd I believe what you are experiencing is by design.

Each subscription is also available as a block that can be enabled via the
standard block admin page. Note that these block's do not appear if the user
cannot subscribe (not logged in) or already have that subscription.

I think they have to be logged in because people need an account first to be able to subscribe.
