Release notes

Added manual IP address lookup on admin form. Changed all table, variable, and local function names to eliminate the "uc_" prefix, in preparation for removing all Ubercart dependencies from this module. Added hook_update_1() to ensure previous settings are preserved upon update. Some improvements to the jQuery code.
