Issue Summary
Cool module; it seems rather unique in its purpose.
I think you could save a lot of effort in maintenance and integration with other modules if you ported the event handling and radioactivity procedures to Rules.

I thought about this as well because I would like to integrate the module with Flag. I was thinking I could use the Flag actions module and configure an action for one of my flags to add energy to a node when that node is flagged. This would push configuration for the units of energy into the action screen which makes it harder to configure it all in one spot, but it could definitely reduce the amount of code necessary in Radioactivity module itself.

Have you checked the radioactivity_rules module which ships with the dev version of radioactivity?

i'm interested on energy when node is referenced, is it possible with rules integration?
