This strikes me as similar to a style of voting. Could this be integrated with Voting API?

If I had enough time (or was paid for it) I guess it could be possible (and would perhaps a better way to store the choices).

I took a closer look at the Voting API... and well, It shouldn't be that hard after all and it would allow #423642: Allow weighted time / day selections to be implemented too.

In fact, I had a lot to do last times.. But I think I will move forward within next week and I thought that a kind of fork from the Fivestar module would be a good Idea... and it would then completely be Voting API "aware"..

Yes, the new module (date picker formatter) utilizes the Voting API (FTW), does the same as Dudel and even more.
