Hours validation is active even though it is switched off

Issue Summary

Hi,

I came across this module a few hours ago while searching for a way to incorporate hour information for a restaurant. This module looks promising; however, I soon ran into the problem that when I tried to enter in 9:00am - 3:00am, the module returned "Closing hours are earlier than opening hours" even though I have unchecked the "Validate Hour" field.

I noticed that similar issue has been reported for the 5.x-1.x branch, and a patch was pushed out to resolve the issue. I am hoping if you could push out another one for the 6.x-1.x version as well.
