Display user input fields as a table? Including images?

Sorry as I'm sure this is a very easy question.

I want to make a page where users input a bunch of fields. eg 'name, rank, score, picture, description, country'

On a separate page, ( can be same page I suppose) , all the previous entered records would be shown. Like a table with columns of 'name, rank, score, picture, description, country' .

Then I would like to be able to let some most users move these rows up and down as they wish.

Is there an easy way to do this?
