3. setup cron run every minutes is easy..if your job is simple enough for your server hardware.
4. rsvp 6.x-2.0-beta3? just install and setup? debug not included?

In most cases, to go from 6.9 to 6.10 is simply a matter of uploading the new tar file and uncompressing after disabling third party modules and backing up your database.
