This release is really just a maintenance release as I was not very happy with the last one and a few things I was hoping to show off were not implemented properly and there were a few bugs.
This is now a much cleaner release.
Changes since DRUPAL-6--4-0-RC1:
- #414806 Move ec_receipt_card_types() to ec_receipt.module and add to settings a method of changing this configuration.
- Fix up transaction list view to display the new fieldset
- Move address formating handler from ec_address to ec_store
- #418260 fix issue with display_options not being available.
- #419664 fix typo in components

- Change checkout so that if there is only 1 payment type, don't show the change payment gateway
- Add set allocation status action.
- Add new conditions for rules to check conditions based upon gross.
- Add new workflow to allow for zero dollar orders.
