Managing the subscription list is not a feature of this module, you are better of asking your question at the simplenews module itself.

Docc, I am working on improving the admin experience of Simplenews. Perhaps Simplenews and Simplenews Statistics can get more close to support cases like Valeratal's IMO it is a valid use case. The subscriber reporting will be improved in D7 and more extendable. What are your plans for D7?
Valeratal, how can you help? Do you have funds, are you a developer, can you hire a developer or find volunteer developers?

Sutharsan, my plans for D7 on a short term are existing to none. I need some important modules ported to D7 before i even get my hands dirty on it.

Though im in favour of improving simplenews (its good, but i can be much better in terms of user(admin) experience)

So i dont know your plans exactly, but if they are somehow similar to mine you can count me in on the developing side and maybe some funding.

My problem is not "Problem", this is future request (if poss.)

When subcribers (users) over 9000, and 9/10 not read (change mail, block in webmail, and...) (my case Open rate (9%), CTR (6%) )

may be, not delete from mail list - may be change queue
may be my site must not include check-in subscribe when user reg.

Bounces can be handled by http://drupal.org/project/simplenews_bounce
Unsubscribing after a user has not opened the last 10 or 20 mails could be handled by this module. But I am unsure how we would actually make this feature available for the administrator. For now I will close this issue. Please open another issue with this specific feature request if you still feel this is needed functionality.
