I would like to change the input format in Configure New custom content. Some how it's disables and there is no way to make it collapse for showing the input format options.
Before I upgrade the Panels Module it was working.

Changed title to make it easier to understand what is wrong.

Looking at the HTML, the radio buttons are definitely there... they're just hidden. The javascript is not being called to make the fieldset collapse/expand on click.

I couldn't figure out what I should do in order to activate the Input format fieldset.
somehow in the "Panel Content" view the content seems to look alright and in view mode the html tags are filtered out.
Please, Need Help urgent.
