The user avitars are showing up in the forums, but not in comments. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?

Also the "subjects" of comments are not showing up at all. Again and I missing a setting?

Same issue for me.
And I'd like to get the avatar for Page and for Story on my homepage, just like Garamond has for his BlogPosts on www.iearth.ru .
Seems to me like there must be a setting somewhere, but I can't find it.
