Headings aren't working when I enable MediaWiki. All other features are working.

I am using ===Heading 3=== format and there is no error.

Any thoughts?

Turns out having the line break filter before PEAR will cause this.

I rearranged the filters but still no headings - any other solution?

actually, yes rearranging the filters does work, my problem was that the rich-text editor was inserting HTML tags and this input format doesn't work well with HTML / Mediawiki mixed. I changed to no rich-text editor and all is good.
