Using Views:
Is there a way to set permissions per view?
I've created a search of user profiles, btu I only want a certain role to be able to use this search.
For example, say a search of students (role 1) which only teachers (role 2) are allowed to do, students not being able to see the search page at all.
Is this possible?

Under "Basic settings" for the view there is a value for "Access", click the current value to edit, you will be able to control access by permission or role.
