Looks like you are using Popups 2.x alpha and FriendList is compatible with the 1.3.x branch of the Popups.

Please try using 1.3.x and let us know if that solves your problem?

We will try to integrate with the Popups 2.x once it graduates from Alpha.

This is not really an open bug since FriendList is not compatible with Popup 2.x...
