I have an exposed filter, a select list with about 10 options, force single is on so only one option can be selected.

I want the view to display nothing, or display the empty text until the user chooses one of the options in the exposed filter. Currrently the view displays when a user visits the page, or i can get it to default to displaying one of the options.

How do i get the view to not display any results until the user selects an option in the exposed filter?

so this is fixed
@Prodigy mark issues as fix this saves Earl time -> more time for views + panels -> more awesomeness
