Can't see the read more link

Issue Summary

Hi there,

thanks for this module which I have working well except for the read more link which seems to be missing. I saw the fix for this in the 5.x version but can't seem to see it on 6.x

What am I missing?

Noticing same issue. I have worked around by manually coding a "read more" into the node template, but would rather not have had to do that.
