when trying to view a recipe when not logged in

Configured the perms to allow all to see create recipes and edit own.

The recipe had public check box clicked.

What do I need to do to allow public viewing?

Can you try this from CVS head? For some other issues, I just put in fixes re: permissions and in the process I did a test sweep of all permissions/states.

Please try the dev snapshot, there have been several permissions fixes.
