I'm looking for someone who can provide custom development to my site and regular maintenance. The workload may vary from few hours or even no hours a week to 50+hours/month, depending on what's needed. The feature/work requests may include development of a custom module or as little as a how-to question or a quick tweak that may take 20 minutes

My last developer was awesome. He created a complete video marketplace that allows instructors to upload their training videos and users to purchase userpoints through paypal and unlock access to the videos with points. It handles sales stats, payouts, and more.

I'm looking for someone to take his place in developing and working on non-video related aspects. Some examples of work I may need help with is: to add moneybookers support, create custom views templates, develop modules to add new features to my site, eventually help me upgrade to drupal 6 (no immediate plans for that now). My site makes use of advanced forum, blogs, profiles (using panels). I'll be looking for assistance in improving and adding to these community/social style features as the site develops.

Strong skils in LAMP, drupal 5, views, custom templates, and module development are required. jquery, javascript, and payment processor skills would be nice to.
