Internal Links - is there drupal equivalent of this WP plugin?

Hi,

Searched the forums extensively and found freelinking etc et cbut still cannot find anything that will do the job of automatically creating the internal links like this wordpress plugin - http://seoroi.com/specialty-services/new-seo-plugin-for-wordpress-intern...

I have a travel site with cities as categories and when users post content I'd like to automatically link the place names to the appropriate category.

Any idea if this can be done with a drupal module?
