I'm trying to achieve this with the core module, Profile. I know there are modules out there, but just wondering if the profile module can be of any help.

I have the following fields to work with:

- single-line textfield
- multi-line textfield
- checkbox
- list selection
- freeform list
- URL
- date

Which of the options above, do you think the bots will have most difficulty getting passed?

Also, is there a way to set a simple question such as "what is color of the sky", and unless the user gets it right then Drupal will not let the user register?

Have you tried one of the captcha modules?

I will install a module. But in the meantime I like to try and see if this works too.
