I've installed everything (Drupal 6.10, Image Annotate 6.x-2.0, jQuery UI 6.x-1.2, ImageField 6.x-3.0-rc1 and have enabled the permissions. However, when I get to the instructions select the widget for handling display of the body: select the "Image with annotations" one it all falls apart - that widget doesn't appear. Any suggestions?

I have the same...
I'm using ImageField and ImageCache and I get all the ImageCache widgets but not the annotation one.

Same here! The image annotation module appears to be enabled but there are no options to configure it and there is no field "image with annotation"

Not clear how it's fixed when there doesn't seem to be a patch or an issue which is later than March? Surely the downloaded version still has the problem?

I suspect he's referring to the patch in http://drupal.org/node/424982 - but I'd certainly appreciate a new release.
