Description
I see only a D5 dev release.
I get the feeling that the purpose doubles up with any number of similar modules,
http://drupal.org/project/helpedit (also dead(er))
http://drupal.org/project/contexthelp (to evaluate)
If this is inactive and unworking, perhaps it could be retired to remove it from the searches?
