When I upgraded from 6.24 to 6.3, I got this message
Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated; If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of [runtime function name](). If you would like to enable call-time pass-by-reference, you can set allow_call_time_pass_reference to true in your INI file in C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\openpublish\sites\all\modules\taxonomy_csv\taxonomy_csv.module on line 1965

Hi,
Thank you for reporting this bug. It is fixed in version 6.x-3.1 of Taxonomy csv import. It occurs only on Microsoft Windows. You never need to change your server configuration with this type of module.
