Um, no I'm not. I recommend against doing this. It's only a matter of time before the search engines decide that you are a member of a link farm and black list your site. If people are smart enough to outsmart google/yahoo, they'd be working for them, not trying to trick them :)

I am not talking about fully automatic methods.
This has no relationship with link farms of any kind.
I am talking about manual link exchange made in smart way.
I hope that you do not consider manual link exchange to be a variant of link farm.

Google can/will drop all the involved sites from their listings without warning in extreme cases. They really don't like this kind of thing.

Hi
I want my users to be able to add links into a catalog of their own sites, on an exchange basis.
I am looking for a catalog module and a semi-automated (i.e. needs admin approval) way of adding links.
As a non-programmer, I'd be interested in a solution which will help me

Hi
Thats exactly what I am looking for!
I administer a homepage for a rock'n'roll club. I would like to have links to all other clubs and like to have links from their homepages to mine.
There are two things:
1. A way that I can administer contacts (email-address of the webmaster) to the related Sites and the page with the linke that points to my page.
From time to time a would add new email-addresses and validate the links on the corresponding pages. Sending email and adding the other pages shuld work automatic.
2. A form where webmasters from other sites can register their site, inclusive their email-address and the page where the link to my site is on. The machanism for validating should by the same as under 1.
Has anybody already a module like this?
I'm glad for all input
kind regards Beat
