I have used the "Role Theme switcher" to set up different themes for different users.

It does work for quite impressive amount of installations :-)
It is possible that you use any kind of module, that overloads the Role Theme Switcher settings.
Or, the easier explanation - you didn't set any themes for Roles in Role Theme Switcher interface.
Could you please start this kind of topics in ISSUES interface, so maintainer will see the problem and will help to solve the problem?
