Issue Summary
hi all
i've been using simplefeed, and i still get duplicated feeditems very regularly. i read in another issue that this should be fixed, but aparently it's not ?
if anyone has any suggestions for how to fix this, it's very welcome.

After two years I've finally managed to stop duplicate entries. In my case it was caused by using pathauto module and poorman's cron module.
I've since disabled Pathauto and set up crontabs on my host server. Not a single duplicate in weeks!
