I upgraded to 6.10 on a new installation. No additional modules added. The fieldsets will not deviate from default state. I cannot close or open them. They do not appear to be linked at all in garland, chameleon or any other theme.

I don't know if this is related, but also at update, the text started right aligning.

Any help would be appreciated.

Actually - to be more accurate - it is not right aligning - it has reversed the entire page display, as if for a right-to-left language.

This instance had to do with being previewed on GoDaddy's preview dns and resolved when site went to a live server.
