What i mean by how to create an admin is, i as the owner of the website or in other word say super admin, i want to create an admin to help me control my website..I will become their leader...Super admin > admin > users...

i think you all know what i mean right...

so how to create admin?

i hope somebody can help me to solve this...

Create a new role "User Management>Roles" and give that role permissions to access admin sections. Then after the person registers an account you go to "User Management>Users" edit their user page and assign them to that role.
