Could we get the ability to re-order terms by dragging them, like in the Taxonomy module?

I'd suggest making this whole module dependent on taxonomy_manager and then use the same interface from that module. In other words, this module could simply be turned into a permissions wrapper for that other module. Of course, non-admin URLs would need to be used.

I don't see why not.

Tempted to mark this as "won't fix" now that D7 has been released (Which renders this module obsolete I believe). Are feature requests still being accepted for this module?

I have heard the rumor that several of my taxonomy modues are obsolete in D7. I have yet to have anyone actually demonstrate that. As rconstantine mentioned, they may become more of a "permission wrapper" or simpler UI.

Either way, I'm not sure that it would be worth it to add this feature to the D6 version. I'm the only one who requested it, and I'm no longer using this module.

I don't think I want to bother with doing my own drag-and-drop code (it's a pain). I wonder if there is some way to redirect around using Taxonomy to do it.

+one for this feature

Would much appreciate offering taxonomy manager style to delegated users.
D7 is growing, but still the vast majority of users are D6.
Also, this module seems not needed in D7
