Would it be possible to combine multiple flat vocabularies in one menu?
For example there would be two vocabularies:
1) Primary1, Primary2, Primary3,
2) Secondary1, Secondary2, Secondary 3
The menu would look like:

Primary1
Secondary1
Secondary2
Secondary3
Primary2
Secondary1
Secondary2
Secondary3
Primary3
Secondary1
Secondary2
Secondary3

I have two vocabularies each containing about 30 terms. If I build one vocabulary from them there would be 60 terms in total but 900 relationships which kind of crash the database.

This function is planned to be implemented in version 6.x-3.
