Is there a way to create RSS/email subscription links to receive only the comments for a specific post? If so, is there a way to make sure that the original post was always included as the first item in the feed?

For example, if that option was available here, I could elect to receive emails with responses to this post (but not others).

investigate the notify.module, the subscriptions.module, the comment_notify.module

They are three off of the top of my head that allow email notifications. Whether they include the original post, I don't know.
