Issue Summary
I don't know why but it's totally not working on my site.
No admin menus
No admin pages (entering the menu url won't work).
No blocks appeared.
Did anyone made it work please give some screenshots? thanks.

Edit one of your vocabularies and you will find settings for that vocabulary to enable a taxonomy block for it.

Automatically closed -- issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.

Did that... enabled. Still no block.
Edit: the enable box doesn't seem to stick. Says block enabled after save, but when I return to edit screen it's disabled again. And no block appears in block admin.

It is creating the block only if we selected the "Provide Block" at the time of vocabulary creation.
It have to create or modify if we edit the existing vocabulary too.

I am unable to reproduce the issue, could you please provide more details?

while adding NEW vocabulary check provide the blocks check box. and save.
