With Organic Groups, I've found that a user that belongs to two groups and submits an article with audience set to both groups works fine. When I add workflow into the mix and the article is moved to a new workflow state, trigger then performs an action to "Promote Post to Homepage" and "Save Post". At that point, one of the groups randomly is removed from the article.

The "Save Post" action that is causing the issue. When I add "Promote Post to Homepage" action, a "Save Post" action is automatically added. When I remove these actions ("Save Post" in particular), the OG content stays in both groups. It appear the "Save Post" action does something to remove a random group from the post.

Not sure if this is a trigger issue... please advise...

I've also witnessed this behavior.

On our site Wokflow is set to publish and save.

The odd thing is that it doesn't happen if Workflow is scheduled to change state in the future.

I think that what is happening is that OG isn't loading when it does the 2nd save, I have to fix this for our site so I'll post back if/when I figure it out.
