I feel it would be prudent to break this page into smaller patches. This is for the top section called About Drupal.

If needed we can break this out into other issues, esp given there are lots of other issues that will be raised during the course of id'ing links for the proposed linked text, e.g. #864312: New page to cover Security team's "proven track record"

Yep, think using this single issue as much as possible is a good idea.

Who's Using Drupal patch attached. Drumm and I agreed that it's fine to keep this as static content. No doubt it's got some 'older' case studies but we can update these anytime.
